The hotel was functional, staff was always available, the room was absolutely gorgeous. I loved the room, the bed was lovely. The boxed breakfast was nice hot, variety of options. The venue was very close to the heart of Charlotte.

The staff was cool, so I would love to come back. Fairly clean hotel in a top location, fine bed. Plenty of food at breakfast like eggs, bacon and hot waffles.

We stayed here for 1 night and we appreciated the place. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room - immaculate and silent. Generally everything was wonderful, yet the bathroom was uncomfortable.

Bright, luxurious rooms, PRIME position. Breakfast was hot, I loved bacon, hot waffles and eggs they served. It was not very far from Charlotte downtown. The staff were ready to help and provided friendly customer service.
Views were very very bad.

It was an enjoyable experience in a popular hotel. Service-minded staff, extremely pleasant and recently refurbished rooms. The boxed breakfast was good hot : hot waffles, eggs and bacon. Simple check-in and outstanding customer service.

Incredible property, fairly clean, excellent service and great value. Very central location right by area restaurants and the Spectrum Center venue, Nascar museum, downtown, it was in a great area.

The breakfast was light and I loved the fact that the room had a particularly nice view. Before bed I went to Cicchetti for a nightcap, it's close to the hotel.

Everything was pleasant! The staff was amiable and the location was prime - altogether a fun experience. Loved the huge bathroom. Glad that the weather was lovely, so I could enjoy its clean pool.

Stayed here for 2 days, liked the hotel, it was clean with unbeatable location right in the mid of uptown Charlotte close to everything. Plenty of food for breakfast, food was great. We had an early check in, the staff was pretty friendly.

Very gracious staff, cozy room and handy location. Clean and pet-friendly hotel in Downtown Charlotte district. Plus, it was near uptown Charlotte, downtown, the downtown action. A boxed breakfast was free, included decent dishes. A very delightful stay with a good swimming pool.

Convenient location; hotel has private parking. Really loved Mortimer's Cafe and Pub, it was just walking distance from the venue and offered nice treats. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around. We would love to go back anytime...

Hotel's location was near main attractions like discovery place science. The Capital Grille, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. Of course, we recommend it to friends. We enjoyed omni charlotte❤
